Course Registration

All course participants must be registered in advance and by the deadline. You have two registration options:

One registration form is required for each individual registering. Please copy or print as many forms as you need.

If you register via the council web site, you will receive step-by-step instructions. Please print or save a copy of the registration submission notification for your records.
