E-Council

E-Council is a web-based software application developed for Girl Scout councils that integrates multiple council databases into one complete system.

E-Council Access

Service Unit Access

The following Girl Scout volunteer positions may be granted access to E-Council. All volunteers must have a valid e-mail address.

Service Unit Director
Viewer-only access to all modules, except donor, for the designated Service Unit.

SUD-Bud
Viewer-only access to all modules, except donor, for the designated Service Unit.

Service Unit Registrar
Field data entry to membership module and viewer access to all modules except donor for all Service Units. Must have completed Service Unit Registrar training prior to being granted access.

Service Unit Cookie Managers
Field data entry and viewer access to cookie module and viewer access to the membership module for the designated Service Unit. Access granted after completion of cookie training.

Troop Cookie Managers
Field data entry and viewer access to cookie module and viewer access to membership module for designated troop(s). Access granted after completion of cookie training and receipt of all paperwork.

Troop Leaders
Viewer-only access to all modules except donor for designated troop(s).

To ensure you will not receive any unexpected results when working in E-Council, please visit the E-Council Browser Settings page to make sure Internet Explorer is properly configured on your PC.

If you already have an E-Council login and have forgotten your username or password, contact your Girl Services Director.
