Representing Girl Scouts of Utah is an honor and a privilege. The delegate system somewhat mirrors our elected legislators who represent constituents. You are nominated by your peers and elected by those who are members of your service unit.

From the beginning of Girl Scouts, the democratic process and participation in a democratic way of life have been basic beliefs that characterize the Girl Scout Movement.

When you accept the nomination, you are proudly stating your commitment to place the needs and desires of the council and service unit members above your own personal interests.
