Delegate Election Process

• Adult service unit members and girls 14 years of age to 12th grade shall elect delegates to open positions.
• Delegates must be currently registered Girl Scouts.
• Two delegates from each service unit are elected by the service unit.
• Each service unit has the option of designating as many Alternate Delegates as desired.
• Delegates are elected for the term of two years.
• A signed Delegate Agreement must be on file at GSU.
• The SUD Bud directs the work of the delegates.
• Trainings are provided for delegates and alternates through out the year.
• The SUD Bud should provide Delegate contact information to GSU
