Most girls set personal/troop goals and work hard to achieve them. As they meet their individual goals, Girl Scouts earn activity credits and incentives.

Girls decide how to spend their troop proceeds. This process encourages critical-thinking and problem-solving that stay with our girls through adulthood.

From making change to tracking proceeds, girls practice the basics of money management and financial literacy.

Girls develop confidence as they learn how to interact with various types of people while selling cookies. Whether it's by phone, in-person , or e-mail, these experiences help girls build healthy relationships.

Girls are honest and responsible at every step of product sales. Their business ethics reinforce values they are developing as Girl Scouts.
