You’ll get to make your own recipe book, sew and design an apron, and even make a chef’s hat! The grand finale to your week at camp – our own version of the t.v. show Cupcake Wars! Girls will work on requirements towards the New Cuisines badge. Horse riding is not a part of this program. At the time of registration you may include a 2-hour Horse Experience for an additional $35 fee. (Outdoor Cooking Program)

Camp Check In: Cloud Rim Camp Check Out: Cloud Rim By the time you reach C.I.T. 3 you should be ready to jump into camp life and practice the leadership and camp skills you’ve built over the years. One week will be spent at Cloud Rim polishing your skills and getting back in the grove of summer camp life. After completing the week of training, you’ll be asked to come back to camp for 2-3 weeks to complete the C.I.T. 3 internship portion of your training. Girls will work with the Leadership Director to schedule their 2-3 internship weeks based on the camp schedule and each girl’s availability. Girls will be transported to and from Trefoil Ranch if needed. (Leadership Program – Physical Exam form required for participation)

When it comes down to you and the outdoors, this session will make sure you are prepared for anything. Throughout the week you will learn personal and outdoor skills to prepare you for your epic camp-wide quest. Lean how to start a fire without a match, tie knots, gain basic survival knowledge, build and sleep in outdoor forts, navigate with a map and compass, and have an overnight adventure. On your final day, you will put your new skills to the test as you venture through camp completing challenges with your team to complete the first ever Cloud Rim Outdoor Quest! Are you up to the challenge? Girls will work on requirements towards the Outdoor Skills patches. (Outdoor Adventure Program)

Art Adventurers: 6/19 - 6/24 (Entering 4th-5th Grade)

This camp is packed with new and challenging adventures for all the outdoor artists! Create art inspired by nature hikes, make your own galaxy shirt after a night of stargazing and astronomy, and work with your new friends to design a bird or bat house. Make sure to save time to create art with paint balloons at the archery range! Girls will work on requirements towards the Outdoor Art Explorer badge. Horse riding is not a part of this program. NEWLY ADDED SESSION! Spend all week at camp becoming a master chef. During your week you’ll tour the camp kitchen, learn knife safety, and all about food. You’ll receive a mystery basket and work with your team to create the best appetizer, entrée and dessert. Girls will work on requirements towards the Simple Meals badge. Never the Same Weekends are an opportunity for Girl Scout Communities to provide an overnight camping experience at Trefoil Ranch (located in Provo Canyon). Communities have the option of providing all their own meals and programming or they can contract with Girl Scouts of Utah’s Outdoor Program Team to provide meals and/or programming for their group. Communities determine how much to charge the participants and handle their own registrations.
