Think it's a year round commitment? Think again.

We offer a variety of flexible ways to get involved and make a difference! You decide how and when you are involved. Whether you give an hour, a day, or a year, you're guaranteed to grow along with the girls, have fun and feel great knowing you helped inspire them to do great things!

1. Paperwork and Placement. Complete your volunteer application and criminal background check. Once received and verified, you will be e-mailed a welcome letter within four business days linking you with the appropriate staff member based on your interests.

2. Training. You will then receive training and the tools needed to get started. Click here to get a head-start and take the initial online orientation.

3. Enjoy the Journey! This is where you get to dive in and help girls reach their full potential and be leaders by discovering their world, connecting with their community and taking action to make our world a better place.
