Troop 1920

Our Honorary On Capitol Hill

Utah's female legislators were officially inducted into Troop 1920, our Honorary Troop on the Hill, on November 16, 2011. These women leaders are dedicated to serving the citizens of Utah, and are essential in Girl Scouts' work to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.

Each member was pinned by Girl Scouts of Utah's CEO, Cathleen Sparrow, and Board Chair, Debbie Nielson, and were sworn in reciting the Girl Scout Promise. Many are Girl Scouts Alumnae and all support the skills and values girls gain through the Girl Scout Experience.

Please be sure to thank them for their service as they help us celebrate our 100th Anniversary in 2012. Many will be in attendance at the signature events we have planned throughout the year.
