Utah Day of the Girl
Friday, October 11, 2019
On October 11, 2019, Girl Scouts of Utah highlighted the needs and
potential of girls in our state, while we recognized the positive
impact women and girls make in our communities.
This was a celebratory day for business and community leaders to come together to advance opportunities for girls and support the work of Girl Scouts in Utah.
Mentor High School & Young Alum Girl Scouts
A signature element of the Girl Scouts of Utah luncheon was the opportunity for attendees to mentor high-school-age Girl Scouts and young alums. For many of these girls, this was their first opportunity to connect with leaders in their prospective career fields.
Honoring Girl Champions
In 2019, Girl Scouts of Utah honored Girl Champions who are leaders in each of our four pillars: STEM, Entrepreneurship, Life Skills, and Outdoors.
Thank you for helping us honor this new “troop” of women both for the work that has gotten them where they are and what it means for girls.
