When you work at camp, you'll develop communication skills and creativity as you collaborate with other staff members and engage with campers. You'll model compassion and improve problem-solving skills, managing a group of campers and leading camp activities. You'll help resolve camper conflicts and guide campers as they navigate new experiences away from home.
Staff must be 18 years of age by their start date and can not be enrolled in high school for the next school year.
