Exclusively for NEW Troop Leaders. Intro to GSU is designed to help new Troop Leaders gain a solid understanding of GSU's policies, processes, and volunteer expectations. During this session, you'll learn the essentials of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience and become familiar with important volunteer resources, including a guided walkthrough of Rallyhood, the Volunteer Toolkit and Safety Activity Checkpoints. GSU staff will be present throughout the training to answer questions and provide personalized support. We ensure there is plenty of time for discussion so you can feel confident and prepared as you begin your troop leadership journey.
This training is required for all new troop leaders and coleaders within their first 60 days as a volunteer. Offered the first Wednesday of each month.
