Troop Camp Rental

Camp rentals for troops are designed for girls to experience the outdoors with their troop on GSU's Trefoil Ranch property. Rentals are to be focused on Girl Scout programming, provided by troop leaders.

Trefoil Ranch is open for day-only troop excursions so long as GSU's COVID-19 guidelines permit in-person Girl Scout gatherings.

All troops are required to follow GSU's Guidelines for In-Person Troop Meetings and Activities. Troops are responsible for cleaning and disinfecting areas before, during, and after use, using the provided checklist. Snacks are to be pre-packaged, or participants are to bring their own sack lunch style meals.

Each reservation includes:

  • A three-hour rental time block (9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.)
    • Troop leaders may contact info@gsutah.org to discuss how the time frames may be adjusted to accommodate larger troops
  • Use of the Ranch House meeting rooms and bathrooms
  • Use of the Amphitheater and trails on property
