Fees are charged per building, per every 24-hour experience. There is a $200 minimum for each reservation, meaning the Lodge is automatically reserved. All other buildings can be added during registration or added later, if those buildings are still available.
You cannot remove or cancel a building reservation unless you also reschedule the entire NTSW experience. For a 48-hour experience, you may choose to reserve buildings for both nights or single nights. Program and meal services, use of camp program areas, and cabin lodging can be added at a later date for additional fees. Refund & Cancellation Policy
It is the responsibility of the Service Unit Event Representative to decide to cancel the NTSW and notify all registered participants.
If the Service Unit Event Representative decides to cancel the event due to weather safety concerns, the Program Team will work with that person to reschedule the NTSW. All rescheduled events are subject to availability.
If the Service Unit Event Representative decides to cancel the event for reasons other than weather safety and does not reschedule, the initial reservation fee of $200 is non-refundable.
