You and your favorite adult
female will decide how you want to spend your weekend at camp while
camping in your own pop-up tent! Polar bear dip? Why not! Hike to
Mt. Majestic? You bet! Night games? Love them! Waterfront? Sure
thing! S’mores? Check! Rock Wall? You bet! Hiking, canoeing,
pottery? Absolutely! Girls must attend with an adult. Participants
must provide their own pop-up tent as lodging in order to
participate.

- Girls must attend with an adult female.
- Each person is required to register and pay the program fee.
- If a troop is paying a portion or all of the program fee for a girl to attend, the troop leader needs to email info@gsutah.org with specifics.
- COVID-19 precautions will be followed based on guidance at the time of the program.

- To receive an award, you must register for the program, pay the deposit, and then apply for a scholarship.
- Girls may use 2021 and 2022 Activity Credits to pay for this program.
- Option 1: Register now, pay $20 deposit with credit card, mail Activity Credits to Girl Scouts of Utah with a payment form. Pay any remaining balance in UltraCamp with a credit card. Deposits will not be refunded in exchange of Activity Credits.
- Option 2: To pay the deposit with Activity Credits, mail them to Girl Scouts of Utah with a payment form. Note: GSU will apply the credits to your UltraCamp account and then families are responsible for the registration in UltraCamp. GSU does not register the participant.

- Program deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant and/or another program prior to the program registration deadline of August 29.
- Program fees (other than the deposit) may be refunded before the program registration deadline of August 29.
- Any cancellations after the program registration deadline will forfeit the full amount of the fee for each person registered. You can, however, transfer fees paid to another girl or adult for this same program.
