Spend the weekend exploring winter camping techniques at Camp Cloud Rim. We will meet at the Salt Lake City office, drive to the Camp Cloud Rim area, then snowshoe to the camp property. You’ll spend the weekend learning about snow shelters and snow caves, practicing winter survival skills, and taking in the winter wonderland around you on snowshoes. Seniors and Ambassadors will earn their Snow Adventure Badge.
Time will be spent indoors and outdoors. Girls must be physically able to snowshoe with a backpack for 3 miles to and from camp. Camp staff will transport girls from Salt Lake City to camp.
