Join Tooele Service Unit for their annual Girl Scout Grizzlies Night on January 30. This is the Grizzlies' last year in Utah, so help them celebrate their final season with a bang! Girl Scouts of all ages and their families are invited to cheer on the Utah Grizzlies as they take on the Greenville Swamp Rabbits. Then, after the game stay for a sleepover and enjoy some late-night ice time! Food vouchers are also available to purchase during registration as an optional add-on.
Families that are attending are responsible for supervising their own children. While registering, families will purchase "GIRL" tickets for all youth tickets. Select "Pre-K" for youth younger than Kindergarten. No registration needed for those age 2 and under. All Girl Scouts need to register with an adult in order to attend the game.
Individual Girl Scouts may attend the sleepover portion without an adult and will be supervised by Tooele Service Unit volunteers during that time. Any adults attending the sleepover portion must be registered Girl Scout members that are background checked and have completed youth protection training. Additional adults and non-member youth are welcome to attend the game, but cannot stay for the sleepover. The sleepover is available to all Girl Scout levels, but any Daisies that are attending must attend with an adult and must follow the overnight guidelines for Daisies in Safety Activity Checkpoints. Please include any dietary needs while registering. The price to attend the sleepover is $55 and includes your game ticket, ice time, and a fun patch.
By registering for this program, you are giving permission for all participants you are registering to: (a) attend the Girl Scout program listed above, (b) be treated by a health care provider, first aider, health supervisor, and/or hospital in case of an emergency, and (c) have photographs, video, audiotape, and artist renditions to be taken of them while involved in Girl Scout programs. I allow Girl Scouts of Utah to release said images for the promotion and publicity of Girl Scouting.
Program Type
This event is hosted by Tooele Service Unit. The volunteers have completed event specific training, completed youth protection training, and have been background checked. Service Units agree to follow Girl Scouts of Utah's policies and procedures to conduct a safe, fun event for Girl Scouts. Girl Scouts of Utah staff will not be present at this event.
Membership Type
This event is open to families for the game-portion of the event. If attending the sleep-over, it is required you are a current member.
Participation Type
This event is open for Girl Scouts attending with their troop, or as a family. Troops must follow Events, Travel, & Camping ratios as outlined in Volunteer Essentials. Each person is required to register.
For the sleepover, Girl Scouts can attend by themselves. Girl Scouts attending by themselves will be supervised by trained and background checked program staff and/or volunteers following Girl Scout ratios and policies.
Program Fee and Payment
$18-55 per person ($10 non-refundable deposit due with sleepover registration)
Balances due in full by January 16, 2026. If you register after this date, (a) you will be required to pay in full and (b) you will have 10 days to submit Activity Credits to have GSU refund your initial payment for the credits.
Activity Scholarships (Members Only)
Learn more and apply for an Activity Scholarship. For programs with a deposit, register for the program and pay the deposit. Activity scholarships will be applied toward the balance due.
Activity Credits (Youth Members Only)
Youth members can use Activity Credits to pay for this program. Mail Activity Credits to Girl Scouts of Utah with a payment form.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Program deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 10 business days (Monday-Friday) from the program start date will forfeit the full amount of the fee for each person registered. For cancellations and registration changes, contact Girl Scouts of Utah at 801-265-8472 or info@gsutah.org.
